| 1.)Riders must wear helmet and over the ankle protection. 2.)Buddy system riding only. 3.)Adults must accompany children under the age of 14. 4.)No riding while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 5.)All pets must be on leash. 6.)No alterations of the track. 7.)No autos or trucks on the track. 8.)First gear only in pits or parking lot. 9.)Members are responsible for guests. 10.)No firearms or fireworks allowed. 11.)Make sure you lock the gate when you enter and when you leave the track. 12.)Please keep Track clean,pick up trash and use trash cans and dumster. 13.)The club is not responsible for accidents,damage,and lost or stolen property. 14.)Concrete starting gates are for state race and Wednesday night races only. 15.)No open burning. Camp fires must be contained in a barrel. Disregard for the track rules could result in membership termination. |

Membership dues are paid from March 1st. - March 1st.
2008 - 2009 Fees and Requirements...
Family Membership $200.00
( You must work 20 hours within the March 2008 to March 2009
membership year. Of the 20 hours you are required to work at the state race
in Great falls at least 4 hours. These hours may be fulfilled by any or a
combination of your family members. If you do not fulfill your work hour
requirements the next year you will be required to purchase a non working
membership at the set amount.)
Single Membership $ 180.00
( You must work 10 hours within the March 2008 to March 2009
membership year. Of the 10 hours you are required to work at the state race
in Great falls at least 4 hours. These hours may be fulfilled by any or a
combination of your family members. If you do not fulfill your work hour
requirements the next year you will be required to purchase a non working
membership at the set amount.)
Non working membership $350.00
(You are not required to work any hours with this membership.)
(This is a non-voting membership you will not be able to take part in
elections of club officers or any club policy making decisions.)
All Day Riders are required to pay a $20.00 fee and be a Guest
of an E.C.D.R Member, Day Rider Application and Release
form must be filled out and signed .Riders must wear helmet and
over the ankle protection. As of 1/1/07 ATV Day Rider use is no longer
allowed as per E.C.D.R By-Law change.
*E.C.D.R. MEMBERS* It will be very easy this year to fulfill your
required work hours. There are many committees being formed, Track
Prep,water,awards,race,etc,etc,etc, Please attend a meeting and sign
up for a committee you would like to take part in. Members that will not
be able to attend our state race, will need to join a pre-race committee
or after race clean up crew to fulfill your required state race hours.
Members please remember to Make sure you lock the gate when you
enter and when you leave the track.
All new Members are required to attend at least 4 E.C.D.R meetings
each year! And are required to attend the first available meeting
after joining E.C.D.R in order for them to be orientated to the club
and track rules. Club meetings are held at 7:00 pm the 2nd Tuesday
of every month in the basement of the Taco Treat/Amigo Lounge. It
is important for all members to make as many meetings as possible
to help in the decision making and to voice thoughts and concerns
that will help make your club and the track the best it can be.
